The final day of the UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships in Los Angeles provided the public at the Home Depot Center with the new excitement of the Scratch races.

The track at the Home Depot Center’s velodrome in Los Angeles does not have the reputation of being among the fastest in the world: yet since the opening of the 2012 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships new records have been multiplying.

After the world records on the opening day, yet another was broken on Friday during the second round of the finals of the 2012 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships in Los Angeles.
