Sri Lanka adds a new dimension to the UCI World Cycling Tour this year, putting Asia on the map of the international cycling series for amateur riders.

After four days of tense and exciting road racing, the new age group World Champions were crowned in the South African city of Pietermaritzburg at the weekend.

The roads in and around the city of Pietermaritzburg in South Africa will be the reserve of the world’s best amateur cyclists over the four days of the 2012 UWCT Final.
