List of riders who have signed the Commitment to a new cycling and have been sanctioned (2 years or more)
Despite the fact that they signed the “Commitment to a new cyclingâ€, the riders below committed an infringement of the Anti-Doping Rules of the UCI and have been given a two-year suspension or more. The cases are not subject to an appeal. The UCI has therefore sent them a bill for a sum equivalent to their annual income for the year in which they were sanctioned.
