The International Cycling Union has ratified the best hour performance behind derny established by the Dutch athlete Maas Van Beek. He covered 66.639km on October 25th in Moscow.
Maas Van Beek, aged 57, beat his own record of 66.288km, established in 2010, also in Moscow.
“I was going to the limit but very happy with the new pure nature record,†he declared after his performance.
